- 1 heaping cup diced cherry tomatoes (halved if small, quartered if large)
- 1 minced garlic clove
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 container Sabra Hummus (I love the Pine Nut and Basil for this!)

Bruschetta: In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Stir to combine.
For serving: Top hummus with bruschetta mixture and serve with choice of baguette, pita bread, crackers, cucumbers and/or carrots. Enjoy!
