Recipe

Perfect as an appetizer for gatherings, this flatbread is equally delicious as a main course served with a salad.

- ingredients -

  • 1 Garlic Naan flatbread
  • 1 Sabra Sweet and Smoky BBQ Hummus
  • 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chives or green onions
  • 1/4 cup baby arugula (can also sub mustard greens, baby spinach, etc)

- directions -

  • Preheat toaster oven or oven to 400 F

    Place flatbread on an ungreased cookie sheet or

    pizza stone; spread flatbread with barbecue

    sauce; bake at 400 F for 7-8 minutes until golden and crisp on the edges

    Allow flatbread to cool 3 to 4 minutes before topping

    Scoop out and reserve the jackfruit garnish from the Sweet and Smoky Barbecue Hummus

    Spread approximately 3/4 cup of hummus onto the flatbread; dollop with reserved jackfruit

    garnish, sprinkle with chives and arugula

    Use a pizza cutter to divide into six slices and enjoy
